Description:

An Employee Experience (EX) Partner's job involves enhancing the entire employee journey to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing EX strategies, designing engagement programs, analyzing employee feedback, and partnering with managers and cross-functional teams to create a positive and supportive work environment. This role requires strong skills in data analysis, project management, communication, and stakeholder management.


Key responsibilities:

- Strategy and program development: Develop and implement the overall employee experience strategy, creating innovative programs for engagement, wellness, and recognition.

- Employee lifecycle management: Improve and support the employee journey at every stage, from onboarding and development to performance management and exit.

- Feedback and analysis: Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and other methods to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.

- Partnership and consultation: Act as a strategic partner to managers, providing guidance on people-related matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (like HR and IT) to align initiatives with company goals.

- Change management: Lead projects related to change management and act as an agent for driving positive change and business efficiency.

- DEIB initiatives: Help create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment through specific programs and initiatives.


Required skills and qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, such as an Employee Experience Partner, HR Business Partner, or employee engagement, is a plus.

- Strategic and analytical skills: Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to suggest optimal solutions and inform strategy.

- Consulting and problem-solving: Strong skills in consulting, facilitation, and problem-solving, especially for complex employee situations.

- Interpersonal and communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

- Project management: Ability to lead projects and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Empathy: A genuine understanding of employee perspectives to create programs that resonate.

- Technical skills: Proficiency with MS Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), as well as experience with survey platforms and collaboration tools, is often required.
