Contract Period: - 12 months
Profile description:
- MBA or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field, along with Min 5-8 years of related work experience.
- Strong experience in Strategic HR initiatives like Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Succession planning, EVP, Performance appraisal and proven experience as an Employee Engagement Manager.
- Ability to design, deliver, execute, and measure initiatives that positively impact workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Note: Local candidate from Gurugram / Delhi would be preferred.
