Emplay - Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead client engagements and drive project execution. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding client needs, and delivering AI-driven solutions while ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather client requirements and work with the team for detailed requirement analysis.

- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.

- Conduct research and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

- Design and document business processes, workflows, and work practices.

- Assist in test strategy development (Automation & Manual).

- Provide technical guidance when required.

- Ensure test strategies validate both accuracy and business test cases.

- Manage client onboarding, execution, and delivery processes.

- Lead a team of client delivery consultants and oversee multiple projects.

- Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM or BE/B-Tech with 5-10 years of experience in analytics, transformation, or technology projects (3+ years in management consulting preferred).

- Strong background in business analytics, data management, and technical project management.

- Proficiency in AI, Python, ML, APIs, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle.

- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, and ADO.

- Experience in handling external clients and executive-level stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
