Position: Regional Sales Manager - Formula Fun Category.
Location: Bangalore or Chennai.
Experience: Min.
- 5 years in Toy/FMCG/Consumer Durable Sales.
About the Role:.
- We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Formula Fun category (ride-on toys) across South India.
- The ideal candidate comes with strong sales expertise, team management skills, and deep market knowledge of at least Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Drive sales across South India (TN, KL, KA, AP, TS).
- Manage and grow a team of 4 sales professionals.
- Build distribution and retail networks.
- Track performance and ensure target achievement.
- Recruit and develop regional teams as needed.
- Provide market insights and competitor updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales (Toy industry mandatory).
- Experience handling regional/state-level territories.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Based in or open to relocating to Bangalore/Chennai.
