Experience: 5-6 years (manufacturing/start-up exposure strongly preferred).

Role Objective:

- Own the end-to-end finance and accounting Reporting and Monthly MIS operations.

- This role is about control, accuracy, not just bookkeeping.

- You will be the backbone of financial hygiene and reporting for a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & MIS:

- Manage month-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.

- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures within defined timelines.

- Prepare MIS, variance analysis, and financial reports for leadership review.

- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit-ready books at all times.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and close audits smoothly.

- Budgeting & Cash Flow.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.

- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and credit controls.

- Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Guide and review the work of junior team members.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teamsHR, Ops, Supply Chain, and external consultants.

Must-Have Skills:.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & taxation.

- Manufacturing accounting & inventory exposure.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally/Oracle/SAP or similar) and Excel.

- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
