
Job Summary:
The Executive to MD/President will provide strategic support in project execution, business coordination, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong project management, communication, and leadership skills to drive key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate between the MD/President and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights.
- Optimize processes, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
- Manage schedules, priorities, and confidential documents.
- Represent the MD/President in meetings when required.
- Oversee the physical infrastructure of the organization, including office spaces, technology systems, and physical assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years in project management, executive support, or strategy.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitasks, and prioritizes effectively.
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
