Role Overview:

The Customer Manager role at Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Private Limited in Bangalore is a critical position responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This role involves working closely with both internal teams, including sales, operations, and quality control, and external clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively manage customer relationships. The Customer Manager directly impacts customer retention, brand loyalty, and ultimately, the success of Emmvee's solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs and requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and quality control, to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation of solar energy solutions.

- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Utilize SAP services to track customer interactions, manage orders, and generate reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns before they escalate, minimizing customer dissatisfaction and maximizing retention.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively, building trust and rapport to ensure long-term satisfaction.

- Proven expertise in utilizing SAP services for customer relationship management, order processing, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, ensuring that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
