Emizentech - Senior Business Analyst - Presales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales and business development teams in identifying client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, preparing solution proposals, and bridging the gap between client needs and our technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft customized solutions.

- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospective clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Create and deliver high-impact product demonstrations, presentations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs).

- Translate client business problems into structured solution offerings with the help of technical and delivery teams.

- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and solution blueprints.

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, and prepare proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), and business case documents.

- Act as a key liaison between sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and feasibility.

- Keep updated with product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on customer needs and solution fitment.

- Occasionally support post-sales transitions and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, business analysis, or client-facing solutions role.

- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, software solutioning, and requirement elicitation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in working closely with sales and technology teams.

- Proficiency in documentation tools (e., MS Office, Visio, Confluence, JIRA).

- Experience in writing proposals, BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation.

- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or software products domain is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, E-commerce, or ERP is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies.

PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications are a plus.
