Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly ownership-driven Product Manager who can operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive product outcomes end-to-end.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with execution, work closely with cross-functional teams and continuously engage with customers to identify meaningful product opportunities.

You will be expected to think like a product owner for the business owning key product metrics, influencing roadmap decisions, and driving customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs

- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into scalable solutions

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog by incorporating inputs from customers, sales, support, and internal stakeholders

- Conduct regular customer interactions and feedback sessions to identify pain points and uncover opportunities

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure seamless product execution and launches

- Define, track, and improve key product metrics such as adoption, engagement (DAU/MAU), NRR, and ACV

- Leverage data and product analytics to make informed product decisions

- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (including AI) to inform product direction

What Were Looking For:

- 25 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of products, features, or problem areas

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

- Ability to ask insightful, structured questions and navigate ambiguity

- Experience working closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders

- Exposure to IndiaUS SaaS setups or working with global customers is a strong plus

- High bias for action, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-scaling startup environment

Technical Skills & Expectations:

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system/data flows

- Comfortable working closely with engineering and participating in technical discussions

- Data-driven approach with familiarity in product metrics (adoption, retention, NRR) and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude); SQL is a plus

- Experience writing clear PRDs, user stories, and use cases

- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning

- Structured problem-solving mindset with ability to debug and break down issues

Note: Hands-on coding is not required, but a strong technical orientation is essential.
