Eminence Technology - Project Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.

- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status updates, and manage risks and issues as they arise.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management and business analysis, sharing knowledge with the team.

Key Skills:

- Master's or Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in project management and business analysis.

- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are a plus
