We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 4-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and aligning our IT products and services accordingly to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client business requirements and work closely with technical teams to propose tailored IT solutions.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from client engagement to deal closure.

- Proven track record in managing client relationships and closing sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
