Eminence Technology - Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and aligning our IT products and services accordingly to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client business requirements and work closely with technical teams to propose tailored IT solutions.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from client engagement to deal closure.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies for client success.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or client management.

- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, or digital technologies.

- Proven track record in managing client relationships and closing sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
