Reporting To: Head Brand Solutions / Director

Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected professional to lead brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding our brand presence, and strengthening our foothold in the branded content and IP ecosystem.

If you excel at building relationships, closing deals, and crafting innovative brand experiences this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, pitch, and build meaningful partnerships with brands across FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, tech, and D2C sectors.

- Conceptualize and execute creative influencer-led and brand collaboration campaigns that deliver tangible impact.

- Leverage your existing network to bring in new business opportunities and drive brand growth.

- Support revenue generation across digital, experiential, and marketing channels through innovative approaches.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging pitches, proposals, and campaign strategies.

- Actively network on LinkedIn and other industry platforms to connect with decision-makers and brand leaders.

- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are met and post-campaign reports are shared effectively.

- Troubleshoot campaign challenges with agility and ensure client satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing.

- Established relationships with brands, marketing teams, and media agencies.

- Hands-on experience with influencer collaborations, event sponsorships, or brand activations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- A self-driven, positive attitude with a focus on achieving results and growth.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in talent management, event IPs, or influencer-driven campaigns.

- Strong network in the D2C, startup, and youth-focused brand ecosystem.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
