- We are inviting applications for the position of Regulatory Compliance Leader at our EIMC site in Pune, which comprises three business segments (Isolation Valves : "ISV", Actuation Technologies "ACT" and Measurement Solutions ("MSOL").

- The role requires 8-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with strong expertise in India-specific regulations as well as global trade and data privacy frameworks.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Lead and manage site-wide compliance programs across for three business segments.

- Ensure adherence to India regulatory requirements, including EXIM, CBIC, and DGFT.

- Oversee Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) requirements such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for e-waste, plastics, and batteries.

- Manage Data Privacy Compliance (DPC) under India's Digital Data Protection Act (DPA).

- Monitor compliance with BIS-related Quality Control Orders (QCOs).

- Partner with global compliance leadership to ensure alignment with U. , EU, and other international export control, embargo, and sanction rules.

- Oversee trade compliance transaction screening processes, tools, and standards.

- Conduct self-assessments, audits, and develop robust compliance guidelines.

- Drive training, awareness, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across business units.

- Provide guidance on risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.
