Job Description:
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain.
- Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling.
- Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, COPQ).
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues.
- Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols.
- Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams.
- Build a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the team.
- Interface with key customers on quality matters, audits, and escalations.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-quality and process capability.
- Support Regionalization, localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments.
- Manage stakeholders as per organization structure.

- Youre a seasoned quality leader with deep experience in manufacturing.
- You drive compliance, and build high-performing teams.
- Your balanced technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring quality is not just maintained but elevated as a business advantage.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- 10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing, exposure to valves/coils or related components will be an added advantage.
- Deep knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, GT&D).
- Proven experience with ISO standards, regulatory audits, and customer quality systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP and digital quality systems.
- Ability to influence across functions and drive change.
