In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:.
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives including regionalization, localization, industrialization, and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: chartering, scope definition, resource planning, risk management, timeline tracking, budget control, execution, and closure.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead manufacturing readiness activities including line setup, assembly process development, validation, pilot runs, and production ramp-up.
- Coordinate trial builds, line balancing, cycle time optimization, and gate reviews to ensure successful industrialization.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Drive digital manufacturing initiatives such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IoT-enabled systems, smart production monitoring, data analytics, traceability, digital work instructions, and OEE improvements.
- Manage capital investments including equipment procurement, technical evaluation, vendor selection, RFQ processes, installation, and commissioning (FAT/SAT).
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment proposals; present project status, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies; ensure process stabilization and sustained performance post-implementation.
- Track and improve key performance indicators including safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and equipment efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial engineering principles, and production systems.
- Experience managing end-to-end projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of automation systems, process validation, and production ramp-up methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing concepts such as MES, industrial IoT, and performance analytics.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and data visualization tools (such as Power BI).
- Hands-on exposure to Industry 4.0, smart factory initiatives, and automation deployment.
- Proven track record in manufacturing transfer, localization, or capacity expansion projects.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing industries such as automotive, industrial equipment, electronics, or EV.
- Demonstrated success in driving Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.
