Job Description.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Business Partnering & Strategy Support:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights to support strategy, budgeting, and operational decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.

- Translate financial data into meaningful recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.

- Project Controlling & Execution Support: Oversee financial aspects of project management including cost control, revenue recognition, and margin analysis.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in alignment with business goals.

- Prepare variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) with explanations and corrective action plans.

- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.

Performance Management:

- Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance to drive accountability.

- Provide insights on business performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

- Support leadership in achieving financial targets and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Insights:

- Deliver timely and accurate management reporting with meaningful commentary.

- Create dashboards and visualizations for key financial and operational metrics.

- Present financial insights to senior management in a clear, concise, and actionable way.

Decision Support & Projects:

- Support evaluation of new business opportunities, investments, and cost-benefit analyses.

- Partner with stakeholders on pricing, product profitability, and business case development.

- Provide financial expertise in transformation, restructuring, or process improvement initiatives.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.

- Support audits and compliance reviews as required.

- Promote a culture of financial discipline across the business.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Able to take accountability and owning accounting quality for financial reporting purposes.

- Working knowledge in Oracle with skills in adopting new technologies or applications.

- Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.

- Proficiency in MS Excel Power BI & related presentation tools.

- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.

- Ability to work in a matrix organization with complex processes, systems and tools.

- Strong numerical, analytical skills with accuracy along with communication skills.

- Ability to handle large volumes of data and create dynamic management reports.

- Great teammate who builds and maintains positive relationships with Team members.

- Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

- Chartered accountant / MBA finance with at least 15 years of experience in Finance MNC experience preferred.
