
Job Description:
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Financial statements preparation and ensure disclosures are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Month end close process that ensure timely & accurate accounting of all transactions, review monthly BS recon, monthly PNL & BS flux review.
- Manage local stat audit, including coordination with external auditors & various internal functions and timely completion of audit deliverables.
- Manage local statutory compliances/audit - eg. STPI and etc.
- Accounting & Analysis of local GAAP adjustment, ensure proper documentation and audit trail for each adjustment and maintain a tracker and reconciliation of cumulative GAAP differences.
- Support local India management on finance related matters.
- Continuous improvement & ad-hoc projects when there is any.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of related working experience, with 2 years managerial role experience, audit working experience will be an added advantage, prior working experience in MNCs will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills & interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with ability to deep-dive into financial data and explain variances.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of urgency.
