Job Description:
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
- Manage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.
- Flash reporting of orders, sales and backlog by industry segments, KOB etc.
- Departmental/cost center analysis like SGA, CGS.
- Prepare management reports and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
- Hyperion reporting & analysis of product group, business mix & POR etc.
- Support on annual budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations to BU finance team.
- Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
- Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
- Support in ad-hoc requests.
- Create efficiency by driving process improvements and develop Power BI based reporting.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Finance professional with minimum 3 years of work experience in FP&A domain.
- Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools viz Power BI.
- Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
- Balance stakeholder, situational adaptability, action and result oriented.
- Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- System knowledge of Oracle, SAP & Hyperion Financial Management.
- Power BI or related presentation tools.
