Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and unlock opportunities to improve conversion rates across the funnel, with sharp focus on drop-off points and engagement metrics.

- Drive mobile-first optimization, ensuring performance, experience, and usability for a large base of mobile users.

- Establish and embed an experimentation culture by building frameworks for A/B testing and controlled rollouts across: Conversion rate optimization / Layouts, content hierarchy, and messaging / CTA placements and journey orchestration

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, growth, revenue and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives and drive measurable business impact.

- Use data as the primary driver of decision-making, defining success metrics, setting up analytics instrumentation, and continuously iterating based on performance trends.

- Bring a structured approach to prioritization and roadmap development, balancing quick wins with scalable, long-term initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in growth, funnel optimization, or digital conversion roles.

- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, or retention metrics.

- Deep understanding of web and mobile UX, including frameworks for testing and iterative enhancement.

- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g Optimizely, VWO) and analytics tools (e.g , Mixpanel, GA4).

- Comfortable working across web CMS environments, marketing technologies, and CRM tools.

- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, marketing, data/analytics, and revenue.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable hypotheses and experiments.
