About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute our organic social media strategy across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful content, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving measurable engagement and conversions. This role requires strong collaboration, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ideate, create, and publish engaging, school-approved content across program social media platforms.

- Monitor user engagement closely and interact with prospects through comments and messages to encourage conversions.

- Identify opportunities and develop new social media initiatives to generate organic leads for existing and upcoming programs.

- Collaborate with writers, designers, and internal teams to develop high-quality content as needed.

- Partner with the global product marketing team to ensure social media messaging aligns with program guidelines and brand standards.

- Analyze, review, and report on the performance of organic social media activities; optimize strategies for maximum reach and impact.

- Conduct user sentiment analysis for senior executive programs and report findings regularly to internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, technologies, and social media best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of professional experience in social media marketing.

- Hands-on experience with social media publishing tools (e.g., Hootsuite); experience with Online Reputation Management (ORM) is a plus.

- Proven track record as a Social Media Strategist with demonstrable results in organic growth and engagement.

- Ability to manage and execute multiple organic marketing campaigns simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of web traffic metrics and social media analytics.

- Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.

- Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent coordination skills, with experience using project management tools for team collaboration.

- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones in a globally distributed team.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's preferred.
