Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager FP&A to independently lead business finance partnering for multiple Lines of Business (LoBs). This role requires strong analytical depth, hands-on financial scrutiny, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights. The candidate will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, cost optimization, and decision support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Finance Partnering:

- Independently lead Business Finance partnering for 23 Lines of Business (LoBs).

- Act as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders, providing insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Financial Analysis & Insights:

- Perform detailed analysis across multiple financial dimensions including:

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) analysis

- Review and analysis of actual cash flows

- Deep dive into PR / PO / GL dumps to generate costing and margin insights

- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.

Reporting & Standardization:

- Design and implement standardized financial templates and reports to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial inputs, reviews, and closures.

Essential Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Relevant Work Experience:

- 4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Planning roles.

- Strong exposure to General Ledger (GL) scrutiny, cost analysis, and financial controls.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as EdTech, SaaS, Technology, or Services organizations is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Proven ability to independently manage finance responsibilities for multiple business units.

Essential Skill Sets:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong expertise in GL analysis and financial data interpretation

- Experience in templatization and standardization of financial reports

- Ability to manage coordination across multiple internal and external teams

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office:

- Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis)

- PowerPoint (management presentations)

- Word

- Comfort working with SAP and large financial datasets
