Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Organic Marketing leader to spearhead our marketing engine with a strong focus on SEO, organic channels, and experimentation-led growth.

This role will partner closely with the senior leadership team to shape the full-funnel growth strategy using data, product thinking, and martech/AI driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue outcomes for a multimillion-dollar business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and own the organic growth and SEO strategy, including content, authority building, and scalable experimentation.

- Build and optimize non-paid/pull channels including SEO, organic social, referrals, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships.

- Enable tech / automation / AI-powered efficiencies across organic and owned channels.

- Develop and iterate growth loops, experimentation frameworks, and scalable models focused on CAC efficiency and sustainable growth.

- Partner closely with Product, Partnerships, Revenue & Growth teams to unlock audience and lifecycle expansion opportunities.

- Oversee strategic content initiatives to drive visibility, discovery, and conversion across the funnel.

- Run rapid experiments and leverage analytics to influence channel prioritization, funnel performance, and roadmap decisions.

- Act as a thought partner to the Co-founder, providing insights on growth strategy, product-market fit, and new opportunity areas.

- Shape and mentor a high-performing team with strong collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.

- Maintain accountability for key business metrics including organic pipeline, ROI of SEO initiatives, and overall marketing productivity.

Required Qualification & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in organic-first marketing roles with deep domain expertise in SEO, Content Strategy, Automation, and Martech.

- Proven success scaling organic and hybrid acquisition programs in B2C or high-growth environments.

- Proven leadership in scaling revenue driven marketing functions at B2C or D2C companies; startup or high-growth environment preferred.

- Track record of managing large marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI, revenue, and customer growth.

- Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM, advanced Martech stacks, web analytics, attribution models, and AI-driven marketing platforms.

- Strong first-principles problem solver with a bias for action and experimentation; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Analytical leader who can derive insights from data and apply them to marketing strategy and execution.

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, hands-on approach, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; can translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

- Prior experience working closely with founders, C-level stakeholders, or executive teams is a strong plus.
