Role Overview:

- As the Regional Business Manager based in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Area Business Managers and Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned territory.


- This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.


- You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, and training teams to drive business growth and enhance Emcure's brand reputation in the region. The role has a direct impact on revenue generation, market penetration, and overall business success in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Delhi NCR region to achieve or exceed sales targets and market share objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Business Managers and Medical Representatives to maximize their performance and potential.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote Emcure's products and services.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and product adoption.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales operations, and training, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize ROI and achieve profitability targets.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve or exceed targets in a competitive pharmaceutical market.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and sales processes.

- Degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 6-9 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
