Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Ensure scientific, technical, and ethical accuracy across all organizational policies, statements, and activities.
- Provide timely and high-quality medical support for the assigned product portfolio.
- Serve as a scientific resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
KOL Management:
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through CMEs, symposia, and conferences.
- Offer strategic inputs for marketing plan development and execution of medicalmarketing programs.
- Identify gaps in product promotion and develop strategic solutions to improve positioning.
Medical Information & Support:
- Provide technical expertise to the Product Management Team (PMT) for ethical product promotion.
- Address product queries, guideline updates, and historical product concerns.
- Maintain updated scientific literature and product-specific data.
Review of Promotional Material:
- Review and approve promotional, training, and CME collaterals.
- Ensure all material adheres to industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.
Training & Internal Support:
- Deliver accurate and balanced scientific information to sales teams, PMT, and training departments.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive scientific information database.
Customer & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the PMT and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate medical communication.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to product strategy.
Competitive Intelligence:
- Stay updated with scientific journals, publications, and latest medical advancements.
- Provide competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- B.Sc / B.Pharm / Diploma in Pharmacy
- Post-graduation preferred (Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Medical Science)
Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical affairs and scientific communication
- Ability to review scientific and promotional materials
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of pharma guidelines, industry codes, and ethical promotional practices
- Ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams
