Key Responsibilities
- Business & Sales Growth: Maintain and expand the existing business while actively developing new opportunities. You'll be responsible for driving overall growth and increasing market share in the region.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop your team through effective communication and collaboration. This includes talent scouting, ensuring timely filling of vacancies, and managing vacant territories. You'll also be responsible for maintaining team discipline.
- Inventory & Distribution Management: Continuously monitor stock levels, analyze high-inventory products, and create liquidation plans. You'll ensure the smooth functioning of the distribution channel, brand availability with stockists, and outstanding clearance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze each territory's performance regarding customer coverage, secondary sales growth, campaign implementation, product mix, and key brand performance.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure quality sales with zero sales returns and minimal expiry and breakage. You'll oversee the implementation of all activities to increase productivity and brand building.
- Relationship Management: Build strong business relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key business leaders (KBLs) to support business growth.
- Weak Territory Management: Identify and implement strategies to improve performance in weak territories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. You should also have a proven ability in team building, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Experience: Proven experience in a field-based role, with a track record of driving business growth and managing teams.
- Attributes: A scientific background and the ability to work strategically and independently.
