Key Responsibilities:


- Lead talent search, selection, retention, and training of team members while developing them for future roles.

- Plan and execute initiatives to drive growth in market share across the assigned state.

- Ensure achievement of core brand targets in the region.

- Maximize profitability by ensuring the right product mix, minimizing expiry/returns, and focusing on profitable brands.

- Analyze market dynamics and identify new business opportunities including ex-towns, distributors, and emerging customer bases.

- Build and nurture relationships with trendsetter customers in the market.

- Design and implement state-specific growth strategies.

- Ensure optimal stock availability at CFA, timely forwarding of indents, and avoid shortages in the state and zone.

- Provide regular feedback on competitor activity and upcoming product launches to the marketing team.

- Drive successful product launches across all HQs with strict adherence to Product Launch SOPs.

- Conduct territory- and HQ-wise analysis to identify key issues and provide effective solutions.

- Manage outstandings and collections to ensure healthy financial discipline.

- Handle vacant territories efficiently to minimize business impact.

- Ensure discipline, compliance, and work ethics within the team.

- Foster continuous development of the team through guidance on sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and market knowledge.
