Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Communicate and collaborate with your team to set goals. You will be responsible for guiding subordinates, resolving issues with stockists and chemists, and maintaining team discipline.
- Business Growth: Ensure the annual target achievement for all headquarters (HQs) and all new product launches. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and analyzing monthly primary and secondary sales to drive growth.
- Strategy Implementation: Ensure complete strategy and system implementations as per company directives.
- Talent Management: Scout for new talent and induct new employees according to company policy. You will also be responsible for managing vacant territories.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key business leaders (KBLs) to drive sales and business growth.
- Training & Development: Develop team members in product knowledge, detailing, and in-clinic effectiveness. You will also brief subordinates on incentive schemes.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit tour programs for both yourself and your team, and provide regular analysis of sales and customer coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills. You should also have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing abilities.
- Experience: Proven experience in team management within a field-based role.
- Attributes: A scientific background and the ability to work independently while being highly organized.
