Job Summary: The Manager of Artificial Intelligence will lead the Identification of areas to leverage AI for optimum use of resource potential, development and implementation of AI strategies and solutions. This role involves overseeing AI projects, and collaborating with other departments to integrate AI technologies into business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify the areas where AI can be used in the organisation to leverage the resource potential.

- Explore the required tools and technologies and suggest to the management for the required objective.

- Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with company goals.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.

- Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making improvements as needed.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing AI projects.

- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with AI tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with data privacy and ethical considerations in AI.
