



Candidate having exposure in handling team and stakeholders from different business functions and worked in different modules of SAP FICO/MM/SD/ABAP/QM/WM/HR.
1. Managing the implementation and support of the ERP-SAP application in alignment with the company's growth and transformation goals.
2. Understanding current and emerging technologies to drive digital business within the enterprise.
3. Developing plans that meet the technology architecture requirements of the organization, integrating business priorities and strategies.
4. Inspiring and guiding team members, fostering collaboration, and allocating responsibilities.
5. Communicating effectively to build consensus and encourage shared effort among team members.
6. Proactively assessing project risks and opportunities, resolving conflicts, and fostering team spirit.
7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal audits, and advocating for corporate changes to improve business practices.
8. Liaising with vendors and procurement teams to ensure project and contract alignment.
9. Promoting the use of existing IT applications and championing the development of new tools to increase productivity.
10. Reporting any observed non-compliance, upholding Emcure's ethical standards, data integrity, and quality systems.
