



Assistant Manager/Manager - HR Digitalization
Description:
- Develop and implement digital HR strategies leveraging Darwinbox to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Darwinbox modules, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Darwinbox support teams to ensure seamless integration, configuration, and optimization of Darwinbox solutions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics from Darwinbox to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Manage digital projects related to Darwinbox, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Darwinbox and leverage them to drive innovation in HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR digital transformation or related role, with hands-on experience with Darwinbox.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing HR technology solutions, preferably Darwinbox.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from Darwinbox.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in HR technology or Darwinbox is a plus.
