Embedded Project Manager - Xilinx FPGA

Role Overview:

Are you an experienced Embedded Project Manager with expertise in Xilinx FPGA, Embedded Systems, ARM Processors, and Real-Time Software Development ? We are looking for a technically strong engineering leader who can drive end-to-end embedded product development for mission-critical communication and electronics systems.

Xilinx FPGA experience is mandatory.

We are looking for a technically hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in FPGA-based embedded product development, capable of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, firmware, embedded software, and system integration. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering embedded products for Defense, Radar, Telecom, Communication Systems, or Electronics industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end embedded software and FPGA-based product development projects.

- Drive technical architecture and design decisions for embedded communication products.

- Manage cross-functional teams comprising FPGA, Embedded Software, Hardware, and System Engineers.

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and customer deliverables.

- Lead BSP development, Linux board bring-up, and system integration activities.

- Ensure compliance with software development standards and engineering documentation.

- Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence across projects.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality embedded products.
