Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Lead to join Embark. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, solution positioning, and supporting the sales cycle with technical and domain expertise. The Pre-Sales Lead will collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed with tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Client Engagement

- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.

- Conduct discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and solution workshops with prospective clients.


- Solution Design & Demonstration

- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with Embarks offerings.


- Proposal & Documentation

- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposed solutions.


- Collaboration & Leadership

- Act as a bridge between sales and delivery teams, ensuring smooth handover of projects.

- Mentor junior pre-sales consultants and contribute to building pre-sales best practices.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 7 - 10 years years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.

- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple priorities.
