Job Overview
Were looking for a hands-on and driven professional to join us as Manager Inside Sales & Demand Generation.
If you've built inside sales motions, executed demand generation campaigns, and are eager to take ownership of results, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role.
This is not a typical sales manager rolethis is about being the engine behind our growth, driving qualified leads and revenue opportunities through smart processes, campaigns, and collaboration.
What Youll Do
Support & Scale the Sales Engine
- Contribute to designing and refining our inside sales processes.
- Manage lead qualification, follow-up, and handoffs to the sales team.
- Work with tools like CRM, email automation, and outreach platforms to streamline operations.
Execute Demand Generation Campaigns
- Plan and run outbound and inbound campaigns to generate MQLs & SQLs.
- Leverage digital channels, webinars, and virtual events to drive awareness.
- Run A/B tests and optimize messaging, timing, and channels for better conversion.
Measure, Report & Optimize
- Track campaign performance and lead quality using tools.
- Provide weekly reports and insights on lead flow, pipeline progress, and campaign impact.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align on strategy and messaging.
- Create and maintain feedback loops to improve targeting and lead quality.
What You Bring ?
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Inside Sales and/or Demand Generation roles.
- Proven ability to run lead generation campaigns and manage sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Comfort with tools like CRM, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and process orientation.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take full ownership of your function.
