About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of delivering AI/ML and data-led solutions not just in theory, but in execution. This role demands someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business outcomes, and client management. If you've played a pivotal role in projects where AI/ML solutions moved from PoC to production and delivered measurable value, this is the role for you.
The ideal candidate comes with a consulting background and a strong academic foundation from a pedigree institution, bringing both strategic thinking and delivery discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client relationships - from onboarding and delivery to ensuring business impact and value realization.
- Act as the voice of the client internally and ensure alignment with delivery, product, and data science teams.
- Navigate complex AI/ML project lifecycles from scope definition to deployment and adoption.
- Translate technical solutions into business impact; manage expectations, risks, and value outcomes.
- Drive client engagement and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor project success metrics, client satisfaction, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of total experience, with 4-5+ years in data/AI/ML project environments.
- Strong experience in consulting firms or client-facing technology delivery roles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver AI/ML solutions that have gone live and driven business impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Education from Tier-1 institutions (IITs, IIMs, ISB, top global universities) is highly preferred.
