- Planning and formulating long term and short term ICT policies for the company in line with the group ICT policy - Preparation of ICT road-maps for user departments, from requirement analysis to mapping of technical specifications - Vendor management, quotation analysis and control of all hardware/software inventory - Ensure that robust contingency, risk management, and business continuity plans - Are in place for the Company's ICT services and that these are coordinated with and support general business continuity plans. - Maintain and enforce standards and protocols for the use of information and communication technologies so that they meet statutory requirements. - Define KPIs/ metrics &amp; report the same to Management - Conducting ICT related Training and awareness building programs for employees to facilitate knowledge enhancement and improved functional and attitudinal effectiveness - Incumbent must have hands on experience of migrating from a legacy system to and an ERP environment -Exposure in handling Shared Services framework would be an added advantage - Knowledge of SAP is mandatory - Must be able to guide the department heads and functional consultants and help them to formulate the right kind of reports for the organization Age : - Should be between 40- 50 years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ MCA/MBA (IT) - Total post - qualification experience of 17-25 years Professional Qualities : - Sharp ability to understand business requirements &amp; provide solutions - Should be a strategic thinker with impeccable execution capabilities and people skills - Should have high level of leadership skills - Should be highly analytical Key Competencies : Customer Understanding : - Strategic Thinking - Innovation &amp; Forward Thinking - Strategic Influencing : Relationship Building &amp; Interpersonal Awareness - Concern for Excellence - Critical Information Seeking - Initiative - Coaching
