Talent Acquisition team is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end hiring strategy for Emaar India's real estate business spanning leadership hiring, niche and volume recruitment, employer branding, and technology-enabled recruitment processes. The role acts as a strategic partner to business leadership and the CHRO, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and onboards the right talent to support project launches, sales growth, and operational expansion, while driving efficiency through data, automation, and vendor optimization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Workforce Planning:

- Partner with business heads, CHRO, and leadership to translate business/expansion plans (new projects, launches, geographies) into annual and quarterly hiring plans and headcount budgets.

- Forecast talent demand across functions - Sales, Marketing, Design, Construction/Projects, Finance, Legal, Facilities Management, IT, and corporate functions etc.

Leadership & Critical Hiring:

- Personally drive/oversee hiring for CXO, senior management, and business-critical positions, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation.

- Build and manage a strong leadership talent pipeline through executive search partners, industry mapping, and succession-linked hiring.

TA Strategy, Process & Governance:

- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer, and onboarding handoff.

- Establish SLAs, TAT benchmarks, and quality-of-hire metrics; ensure closures are time-bound and aligned with approved manpower budgets.

- Ensure compliance with Emaar's hiring policies, approval workflows, and documentation standards.

Employer Branding & Talent Sourcing:

- Strengthen Emaar India's employer brand across campuses, industry forums, real estate/PropTech networks, and social/professional platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

- Build diverse sourcing channels - campus hiring, referrals, direct sourcing, digital platforms, and consultant/vendor networks.

Technology & Automation:

- Drive adoption of AI-based sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and automation to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making.

- Own TA dashboards/MIS for leadership - hiring funnel, cost per hire, time to fill, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition of new hires.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers on market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and hiring feasibility.

- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey to protect Emaar's brand reputation in the market.

Compensation & Offer Management:

- Guide salary structuring, offer benchmarking, and negotiation within approved bands; ensure internal parity and market competitiveness.

- Coordinate with HRBP/Compensation teams on joining bonuses, buyouts, and special approvals for critical hires.

People & Vendor Management:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team (set individual and team KPIs).

- Manage strategic vendor/partner relationships (search firms, job portals, assessment providers) and evaluate emerging vendors/tools for pilot adoption.

- Foster a data-driven, candidate-centric hiring culture through change management and stakeholder engagement across business units.

Vendor & Consultant Management:

- Empanel, evaluate, and manage recruitment agencies/executive search firms; negotiate commercial terms and monitor performance (fill ratio, TAT, cost-per-hire).

- Optimize the recruitment budget by balancing consultant-driven vs. direct sourcing hires.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, with 10 to 15 years experience in Talent acquisition with leading organisation.

- Experience in executive support or office management roles, preferably supporting C-level executives.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules, documents, and information.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
