Role Overview
Elixrr Industries is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our B2B2C marketing efforts. This is a mid-senior role that carries full responsibility for conceptualising the brand story, building brand presence, driving impactful communication, and delivering engaging campaigns across national markets. The individual will serve as the brand custodian, blending strategic alignment, creative thinking, and operational excellence to enhance Elixrr's visibility and relevance across its diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Creation & Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of ATL, BTL, digital, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualise and develop the brand identity for new product launches.
- Uphold and protect Elixrr's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Deliver campaigns that align with larger strategic marketing pillars while adding creative differentiation.
Creative Thinking & Storytelling
- Bring innovative ideas to life within the defined strategic framework and timelines.
- Guide agency and internal teams to create compelling, customer-centric narratives.
- Ensure campaigns cut through clutter in B2B2C and retail spaces.
Market Engagement & Execution Focus
- Plan and execute pan-India activations, with a strong focus on North & West India markets.
- Translate marketing direction into practical, high-impact on-ground executions.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and execution partners to ensure efficiency and quality.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive digital campaigns to achieve awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
- Utilize analytics and insights to enhance effectiveness continually.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product category, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.

- Experience of launching and establishing a new brand
- Create a differentiated brand positioning
- Strong executional orientation with a sharp creative mindset.
- Hands-on experience in ATL/BTL, digital marketing, branding, and retail activations.
- Proven ability to translate a pre-defined strategy into high-quality execution.
- Experience in unorganised retail sectors like home interiors, home furnishings, or dcor (preferred).
- Strong collaborator and team leader, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Communications (mandatory).
- The candidate should have 15-18 years of progressive experience in marketing communication and branding.
- Prior experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is highly desirable.
