Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Institutional Supply to lead property acquisition and drive the expansion of ELIVAAS's property portfolio.
The role involves leading the supply acquisition team, managing the telecalling and business development function, identifying high-potential properties, and building strong relationships with property owners, High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and real estate stakeholders.

Qualification and Success Factors:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; an MBA/PGDM would be an advantage.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, property acquisition, real estate sales, inside sales, or a related function, preferably with team management experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, luxury real estate, or property management will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales or telecalling teams and achieving acquisition targets.
- Strong numerical ability with an understanding of ROI, commercial viability, and basic financial calculations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead meetings with HNIs and senior external stakeholders.
