Role Overview:

At ELIVAAS, this role sits at the heart of how the CEO and the organization operate. As an EA & Program Manager to the CEO, you will be a trusted partner to the CEO, managing the day-to-day rhythm of the CEOs office while also driving critical strategic initiatives across the organization. The role goes well beyond managing CEOs schedule. You will act as the CEOs right hand, ensuring the CEOs time and attention are focused on the highest-impact priorities, while making sure key decisions, action items, and organizational priorities move forward with speed and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and optimize the CEOs priorities, and day-to-day schedule.

- Prepare the CEO for critical meetings by ensuring the right context, data, and stakeholders are in place.

- Track and drive key decisions, action items, and follow-ups emerging from the CEOs office.

- Lead and execute strategic, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

- Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure organizational priorities are progressing as planned.

- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities proactively and bring them to the CEOs attention.

- Help create structure, accountability, and execution rigor across high-priority initiatives.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and maturity.

Who are we looking for:

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, sharp, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You should enjoy being at the centre of things, have strong business judgment, and be equally comfortable managing a complex calendar and driving a strategic project. MBA from Tier 1 B-School, 2-3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Program Management, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Founders Office, or startup roles.

Youll thrive in this role if you:

- Have exceptional ownership and follow-through.

- Can move seamlessly between executional details and strategic thinking.

- Are comfortable working directly with senior leadership and founders.

- Have strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Are naturally curious and able to quickly understand how a business works.

- Anticipate needs rather than waiting for instructions.

- Can maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly.

If youre someone who wants a front-row seat to building a startup, work closely with the CEO, and have a direct impact on how the organization operates and scales, wed love to hear from you.

What we Offer:

- Competitive Salary: A market-driven salary and benefits package.

- Opportunities for Growth: Join the team that's transforming the alternate accommodation industry and redefining the future of travel.

- Collaborative Work Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that embodies our core values: Trust & Transparency, Team First, and Taking Action. Our inclusive environment fosters growth, creativity, and success.
