Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. - Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario planning. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management and external stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards. - Manage and optimize the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support business growth. - Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. - Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring tax efficiency and minimizing the company's tax liability. - Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation - Build and manage a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. - Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to support efficient and accurate financial operations. - Communicate financial performance and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA & CPA is a plus. - Minimum of 7 to 12 years' experience. - Proven experience as a finance leader, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector. - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. - Strategic thinking and the ability to drive financial initiatives. - Strong ethical and integrity standards.
