Role Overview:
The Omni Channel Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance customer engagement and drive brand growth for specific Eli Lilly products. This role collaborates closely with brand managers, sales teams, and digital marketing teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. The Omni Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies and improving the effectiveness of customer interactions, ultimately contributing to increased brand awareness and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated omni-channel marketing strategies for assigned brands, aligning with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, websites, events, and print.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage budgets and track expenses for assigned marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in marketing activities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and customer experience.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
