Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including brand managers, sales teams, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist's efforts directly contribute to increased brand visibility, lead generation, and ultimately, improved patient outcomes by effectively communicating the value of Eli Lilly's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals for specific brands and therapeutic areas.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

- Collaborate with brand managers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital channels.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budget.

- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to digital marketing activities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

- Solid understanding of marketing analytics tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems.

- Experience in brand management and marketing communications within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
