
Role Description:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to gather insights on market dynamics, industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Communicate key insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Manage preparation of the Strategic Business Plan.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of various strategic projects by fostering collaboration with regional and functional teams and monitoring execution of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Data Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive primary/secondary research on industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to support strategic decisions.
- Analyse market/business data and financial information to provide insights into market, business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare presentations that communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to leadership for decision-making.
2. Strategic Business Plan:
- Manage preparation of organization-wide Strategic Business Plan (SBP).
- Coordinate with regional teams and various business functions to gather insights, address challenges and ensure timely completion of the SBP.
3. Strategic Business Plan:
- Monitor implementation of various strategic projects across regions.
- Work closely with project teams to track milestones, identify potential roadblocks and ensure timely implementation of projects.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of strategic projects and recommend course correction as needed.
- Provide analytical support to various strategic projects as and when required.
