Role Overview

The incumbent will play a strategic role in shaping ELGi's people agenda by strengthening leadership capability, building future-ready talent, and driving organisation-wide effectiveness. This role will anchor enterprise OD initiatives, lead integrated talent development frameworks, and scale digital learning ecosystems to enable business performance, cultural alignment, and leadership depth across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and drive an integrated OD and Talent Management strategy aligned to ELGi's long-term business and growth aspirations.

- Lead organisation-wide OD interventions focused on culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness, change management, and organisational capability building.

- Architect and govern leadership development programs and succession pipelines to build a strong internal leadership bench.

- Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to embed development priorities into performance management, career frameworks, and workforce planning.

- Own the strategy, governance, and adoption of digital learning platforms and blended learning journeys across employee segments.

- Use data and analytics to assess talent health, learning impact, leadership readiness, and organisational effectiveness; translate insights into action.

- Manage strategic partnerships with external consultants, facilitators, and learning partners to deliver high-impact OD and capability programs.

Experience & Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field with 8+ years of progressive experience across OD, Talent Management, and L&D in complex or manufacturing environments.

- Proven experience in driving digital learning platform implementation and enterprise-wide capability programs.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

- Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and organisational transformation initiatives.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% as part of business and OD interventions.

Functional Competencies

- Demonstrated ability to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and optimize investments for business impact.

- Proficient in managing all stages of employee development, from recruitment to succession planning.

- Skilled in leading L&D teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Strong in planning, executing, and monitoring L&D projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

- Expertise in designing engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.

- Proficient in leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance learning delivery and accessibility.
