
About the Role:
The HR CoE Rewards Specialist role is responsible for supporting and strengthening the organization's rewards and people-related frameworks across multiple geographies. The role will initially have a strong focus on Benefits, HR Policies, HR Dashboards & Analytics, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, and Job Evaluation, with an opportunity to gradually expand into broader Rewards and Compensation initiatives.
The role will work closely with Business HR, Finance, and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights, strengthen HR processes and policies, support workforce planning, and ensure effective and consistent implementation of people practices across the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Benefits: Support the design, review, administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across geographies, ensuring competitiveness, effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
- HR Policies: Develop, review and enhance HR policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency, relevance, governance and alignment with business and statutory requirements across regions.
- HR Dashboards & Analytics: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering key people metrics, providing actionable insights to Business HR and leadership for effective decision-making.
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Partner with Business HR and Finance on annual manpower planning, workforce budgeting and headcount cost analysis; provide insights on workforce requirements and associated costs.
- Job Evaluation: Support job evaluation and role sizing initiatives to ensure consistency in job architecture, grading and internal equity across roles and geographies.
- Compensation & Rewards: Support broader compensation and rewards initiatives, including salary structures, pay ranges, benchmarking and reward-related analysis, as required.
- Reward Analytics: Conduct data analysis and prepare insights on compensation, benefits and workforce costs to support business and leadership decisions.
- Business Partnership: Partner with Business HR and relevant stakeholders to provide guidance on benefits, policies, job evaluation, workforce planning and reward-related matters.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal HR governance, policies and applicable statutory requirements across relevant geographies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve HR CoE processes, policies, tools and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in HR CoE, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HRBP, or related roles, preferably within a global or multi-geography organization.
- Working knowledge of Benefits, HR Policies, Job Evaluation and Compensation practices, with an understanding of their application across different employee groups and geographies.
- Experience in HR analytics, dashboards and reporting, with strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to translate people data into meaningful business insights.
- Exposure to manpower planning, workforce budgeting and headcount cost analysis, including working with HR and Finance stakeholders on workforce-related budgets and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with Business HR, Finance and leadership teams.
- High ownership and execution orientation, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Exposure to core Compensation & Rewards processes such as salary structures, benchmarking, merit cycles, incentives or variable pay.
