About the Role

The HR CoE - Rewards Specialist role is a strategic position responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits framework across multiple geographies. The role plays a critical part in ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and cost effectiveness of reward programs in a diverse, multi-country environment.

This position partners closely with Business HR, Finance, and leadership teams globally to drive data-backed reward decisions, manage annual compensation cycles, and continuously evolve reward structures aligned to business strategy, regional market dynamics, and organizational growth objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, review, and maintain compensation structures including salary bands, grade architecture, and pay ranges across regions.

- Support the design and administration of Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), and variable pay frameworks for global and local roles.

- Conduct compensation benchmarking using global and regional market surveys to ensure competitive and equitable positioning across geographies.

- Perform detailed cost and impact analysis for merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs; present insights and recommendations to leadership.

- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely execution of annual compensation reviews, bonuses, and incentive payouts.

- Provide analytical insights and reward dashboards to support global leadership decision-making.

- Act as a subject-matter advisor to Business HR and leaders on compensation decisions, offer positioning, and cross-border pay considerations.

- Ensure compliance with internal compensation governance, policies, and region-specific statutory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement of global reward policies, frameworks, and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

- 5-10 years of experience in Compensation & Rewards or C&B roles, preferably in a global or multi-geography organization.

- Strong expertise in salary structuring, incentive design, and market benchmarking across regions.

- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, matrixed environment
