This role is with one of our portfolio companies. We're looking for a high-ownership Operations Lead to take core operational work off the founders' plates and build scalable, self-feeding systems as the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, closes loops fast, and can turn chaos into clean, repeatable processes. You'll be the backbone of India operations while coordinating closely with US ops and finance. What You'll Do: - Own day-to-day operations across finance, legal, payroll, and vendors for our India operations - Coordinate with US ops/finance on reporting, compliance, and processes - Build and improve systems, SOPs, and workflows so ops runs without constant founder input - Identify opportunities to automate manual work (tools, integrations, AI, scripts, etc.) - Manage ops hiring and onboarding (contractors, employees, vendors) - Consolidate information and deliver clear, reliable reporting to founders - Be the go-to problem solver for operational gaps and fire-drills What We're Looking For: - Extremely resourceful - figures things out and gets things done - Strong execution discipline - organized, thorough, and detail-oriented - Proven ability to build systems from scratch in fast-moving environments - High ownership and energy - founder mentality - Comfortable working across time zones and functions About the role: - Work from our India office - Above market salary, equity and health benefits - At least 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, VC, PE and/or Growth Equity. - Comfortable with ambiguity
