Elevation Capital - Lead - Performance Marketing - B2C Acquisition

This role is with one of our portfolio companies.

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative performance marketing campaigns to acquire customers.

Responsibilities:

- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google (Search, PMax, UAC), Meta, and emerging channels (ShareChat, Moj, programmatic, DOOH), managing a monthly budget.

- Own the CAC-to-LTV funnel: track and optimize cost per install, cost per first order, repeat rate, and contribution margin per cohort.

- Run rapid experimentation (creatives, bidding strategies, audience segments, offer construct) with weekly/bi-weekly test cycles given the category's short feedback loops.

- Manage agency and platform partner relationships (Google, Meta account teams, DSPs).

- Report on weekly/monthly performance against CAC, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin targets to leadership.

Requirements:

- 6 - 12 years in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in e-commerce, quick commerce, food delivery, or a high-frequency consumer app.

- Hands-on expertise running large budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; App campaign (UAC) experience strongly preferred.

- Strong grasp of unit economics - CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin - and comfort operating in a business where marketing spend directly hits P&L.
