Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Implement effective performance management practices to drive employee growth and engagement.
- Develop and manage rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs, conducting regular market analyses to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Work with the founders to amplify the organization culture and make culture a key value proposition for recruitment and retention.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Implement HR systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, productive, and happy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, staying current with HR trends and regulatory changes.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, Supply chain space.
- Strong business acumen along with engaging & highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
